The Solstice, Chaotic Times and You

So many of my clients have been calling to ask, “Is it just me, or are these days since the great change more difficult than ever?” The answer to their question is that if they are difficult then you probably have a pretty good chance of reaching 4th dimensional consciousness.

I think a lot of the channelled material kind of glossed over the difficulty of the transformation of our energy. They led us to believe that either they would send energy to do it for us, or they were playing with the strands of our DNA and we wouldn’t have to do much, except just be present.

Here are some of the characteristics that will be present when you are ready.

1. You won’t get angry. You will have such faith in the Divine plan and your ego will be so much in check that you will no longer be presumptuous to the point of figuring that you know best. St. Germain recommends that when you get challenged you simply say, “I have no opinion about this situation.” At this time when the political camps are beginning to let us hear the sounds of their engines, preparing to do battle, observe yourself and see how heated you can get about how things should be.


2. Negative thinking will have vanished from your consciousness. As you approach 4th dimensional consciousness, you will become more and more aware of how powerful your thoughts and words are. You will become conscious of your thoughts and words and energy. Not just when you are in prayer or affirming your desires, but in between when you are wiping out the energy you just produced in affirmations with an equally and sometimes greater force of fear. Your feelings, words and thoughts radiate out of your third eye like a giant grow-light, bringing the creative force to whatever they are focused on. Be careful where you aim that power.


3. Fear will also be gone. After all, you are very nearly an Ascended Master so what is there to fear? What do you care about how people interpret you? You know everything comes from love. This life is all ‘school’ and the situations are here for our growth, so how could any of it really hurt you? You are an eternal being of Light. That is the only thing that is real. Everything else is a story your ego is constantly telling you so as to justify fear. Everything in life is an expression of Love or an expression of fear, which is ultimately a cry for love and you very quickly can see the difference and you correct your energy with ease.

Politics and Awareness

Here in America we are moving into yet another political race for the presidency. Americans are very passionate in their political debates but they seldom seem to be about the issues; even when the vast majority of Americans care deeply about the issues. The political campaigns very quickly descend into personal attacks of what is known as mud-slinging, gossip and innuendo. I don’t know how it is in other countries, I only know how it is in the USA.

As you know everything starts with energy. We all look to schools or governments to change things, but change comes from within each of our hearts. I don’t care which side of the Obama debate you were on during that election, but let me just say this - if we could have got back even half of the energy that was extended trying to decide about his birth certificate, maybe those elected officials, elected by us, might have been able to find some answers to education or unemployment.

Try to go into this next campaign with mindfulness. Ask yourself with each commercial and with each debate if you can tell the intention that is being set by the energy. Is it positive or negative? Is it going to build a better country or is it seeking to divide us? Because negative energy also creates. I’m not sure we would like what it will create, but it will create and whether you believe that or not will not change the outcome of that particular cosmic law.

These are serious times for us right now and we have serious issues in front of us. Some of those issues will affect our very survival if we let them. Make your voice heard for a positive and creative energy intention. Let your political organizations know that you want them to talk about meaningful issues and not waste time on debating personalities.

Many of us are so in despair that we are calling for ETs to come down and save us. But it’s not up to them. Change starts in the heart of each of us and we have created a mess and it is up to us to do what we can on an individual basis. When I was a girl, people had a habit of littering the streets without thinking. Then the majority got disgusted with it and they began campaigns to make others aware. Along with that many would pick up a few pieces of litter which they came across and then put it in the trash bins. It didn’t take long for the consciousness to change and the country to be cleaned up.

You can do this. Use your energy. You don’t have to do it all yourself. Just do what you can. Send an email and be specific about what you didn’t like. You may even need to send it to your own party; after all, they are representing you. Are you really a mud-slinger or do you just let them get away with it? There is a quote which I have always loved. “The only way for evil to triumph is for good men to do nothing”.

You are warriors of the Light. Pick up your Light Sabers and change the world.

Get to know Mother Nature

Happy Summertime Everyone,

The mountains of Asheville are lush and green and summer is here. The whistle pigs are poking their heads out of their holes and the bears are out of hibernation where the new crop of cubs can be seen running after and learning from Mama.

One of the things that I really love about living in Asheville is the closeness of nature. In so many places mankind pushes their presence in and pushes the wild life out, but in Asheville we live in harmony with bears. I suppose it helps that the bears are very sweet, very shy and vegetarians. Yes they get in the garbage and if you leave your garage door open, they may think it’s a cave, but there are bear proof garbage cans and it only takes finding papa bear sleeping in the garage one time before you learn to close the door. The long-time residents are also very helpful in sharing that kind of information with the newcomers.

When I was studying astrology back in the early 60s, I remember my teacher telling us that we were very lucky because we would live through an age change. It happens in astrology every 2000 years and that the disruption of the early 60s, were signalling the dawning of the Age of Aquarius. I also remember an ancient Chinese cryptocurse which states, “May you be born in interesting times”.

We were excited about the Age of Aquarius. As the song predicts,

Harmony and understanding

Sympathy and peace abounding

No more falsehood or derision

Golden living dreams a vision

Mystic crystal revelation and

The mind’s true liberation

But as every astrologer will tell you, each sign has positive and negative sides. So, along with nuclear medicine and cures for polio and some cancers, we got the ability to communicate with the masses on the world wide web. Unexpectedly, along with this boon of instant global connectivity came feelings of isolation and loneliness which spawned a whole raft of new emotional diseases that have millions of people taking Prosac.

How do we handle this? We don’t handle it by stopping progress. We deal with it by keeping ourselves in harmony with the world that we live in. We make friends with Mother Nature; no matter where we live.

Unfortunately, in today’s world of instant communication and city living, so many of us live far away from Mother Nature. We live and work in climate controlled buildings. We get to these places in air conditioned cars and we exercise in climate controlled gyms. How much silence in natural surroundings is there in your life? If there isn’t a lot then I’m going to ask you to try an experiment.

THE EXPERIMENT

For the next six weeks, promise to give yourself 90 minutes in nature. The very best way would be to seek out a natural setting that is far from others. I know that some of you will need to use a city park, but if that is the case try to look for an area that is as private as you can find.

If possible, take your shoes and socks off and let your feet touch the Earth. You can sit on a blanket or cushion if you like, but no newspapers or magazines, no cell phones or tablets and no computers; not even any books. You will want nothing to distract you from the experience of just being one with, and at peace with, your surroundings.

This is not a meditation, although you will be aware of your breath and your thoughts. Don’t try to stop your thoughts. Just watch what they are. There is no right or wrong way to do this, so you can’t fail. Just commit to a time and a spot and you only need to do it once a week. Surely you are worth 90 minutes of your time.

It will more than likely take you 30 minutes to just calm down. So often the first time is spent noticing just how much your mind and body are racing. You may not calm down until the last 10 minutes, but don’t extend the experiment. Simply notice how you feel but don’t journal it or record it or even talk about it much. Practice observing and remembering everything about your experience. This time is just for you. It’s not to impress your spiritual development class with how well or how poorly you did. You are your own observer and the progress you notice is between yourself and you.

CREATIVITY AND SILENCE

We all need creativity in our life. It doesn’t matter if we are in the arts or not. All new ideas, all improved organizational skills, all self knowledge and even all spiritual connection comes because you give yourself a time to be perfectly still and not to be distracted by people or media whether written or electronic. You may not feel inspired the first day but if you repeat this exercise on a weekly basis then your intuition will thrive.

So many of my clients are searching for their purpose in life, the right job, or love. But if you don’t make room for these things to find you, the Aquarian lighting bolt can be revealing many magical mysteries none of which you will see if you are too focused on your iPhone to notice. There is nothing wrong with playing games on the computer. It’s good to give your mind the opportunity to relax once in a while but it’s even better to give our whole energy a chance to relax and just be.

I want you to know that I believe in you. I’m so excited to have the opportunity to coach so many of you and to watch the shift in power which you manifest as a result. Nowadays you’re not coming to me for the old type of readings, although there may still be some of that at times. You are coming for confirmation of where your own intuition is leading you and you are coming for techniques to help you achieve your goals. This is a true sign of change; the positive indication of self-empowerment which is a hallmark of the Aquarian age.

The Equinox and its Important Message for Us All

Happy Equinox Everyone, 

It certainly has been an interesting Equinox with the eclipse bringing us some intriguing promises for the end of April. Eclipses grand slam the weather or world politics, so it will be interesting to see what this brings us around the 20th of this coming month. We certainly are living in some very exciting and transformational times.

I know I have written about this before, but I feel that I can’t remind you often enough. It’s important to do things differently from what you have been used to doing in the past. Our parents and even those of us who were born between the 30s and 80s had our impressions and opinions strongly formed as a result of the Age of Pisces. We have a tendency to glorify the “good old days” and so have been feeling increasingly uncomfortable with this new Age of Aquarius; with its technology and its upsetting of the old ways by virtue of its dramatic changes.

This last era was filled with messages from TV shows such as ‘Leave it to Beaver’ or ‘Ozzie and Harriet’, among others, which portrayed an ‘ideal’ two parent home which was strongly influenced by their permanence. The mother didn’t work, the father was the provider where he was always interested in what their two or three children did. Today is different where the reality of life has changed greatly.

Now we have a situation where many homes have single parent families because the father is absent from the lives of mother and child, or children. If you have grown up thinking that the ideal situation is ‘Leave it to Beaver’, but you are out there on your own as a single parent, then it’s very difficult not to end up feeling that you’ve got it wrong somehow. Blame and guilt are the natural responses to this apparent dilemma.

When you think that your children are going to somehow be disadvantaged or  made less than what’s deemed necessary because you can’t give them this ‘ideal’, which isn’t even an ideal any more, then attitudes need to change. At this point it’s necessary to say ‘What is in my life here? What is the Age of Aquarius bringing me? We need to do this because it’s not ‘wrong’ it’s just ‘different’ and so we have to adapt to the ‘different’ by letting go of the ideals which existed in our parents’ days. Letting go of the past means allowing something new to come into our lives. Change doesn’t have to mean getting worse. It’s simply an opportunity to grow and expand if you are able to positively embrace it.

Whatever the ‘new’ brings then it’s important to approach it with the attitude of ‘I will be the best that I can without bringing forward the judgmental ideals of the past’. In the case of a single parent then it’s okay to say that I will do the very best I can while appreciating my limitations and not condemning myself for them. By stating that ‘I will be the best mother by giving all my love’ while knowing that it’s not possible to be the father as well, then this releases the restricting patterns of old.

Many of us watched our fathers work for the same company for decades while he looked forward to the prospect of retiring on a pension and then spending the rest of his days as a grandparent who often made a hobby out of tending the garden. Today’s Aquarian children have no such aspirations while frequently changing jobs because the Aquarian Age changes things quickly. That’s its purpose, so we have to adapt to a different ideology which the youth of today treats as the norm.

The Hopi Nation in Arizona spoke of this new era change and the energies within it. I have included their prophecy at the end of this blog. They are urging us to live consciously during these times and not out of habit in the ways that our parents always did things.

Don Miguel Ruiz writes in his book, The Four Agreements - Don’t Take Things Personally. We are in a time when everyone is changing and growing at a remarkable pace. Most people are too busy with their own transformation to bother observing and making comment about ours. Don’t assume that if people react oddly around you that it has anything at all do with you. You can notice this as you have conversations with work people and friends. People will happily tell you all of their challenges, but often let an entire conversation go by without asking anything about you. It’s not that they are unfeeling, it’s simply that they are overwhelmed by the speed that things are happening.

Have courage, push yourself away from the shore and let the current of the river carry you to its destination, which might not be your destination, but will certainly be the place where you will evolve most spiritually and where you will find the most peace.

We all wanted to be here for these times. We volunteered to experience them. Don’t hide under a rock, embrace these changes, they are evolving you towards your total transformation,

There is a River, Now Flowing Very Fast

We Are the Ones We've Been Waiting For
You have been telling the people that this is the Eleventh Hour.
Now you must go back and tell the people that this is The Hour.
And there are things to be considered:
- Where are you living?
- What are you doing?
- What are your relationships?
- Are you in right relation?
- Where is your water?
- Know your garden.
- It is time to speak your Truth.
- Create your community. Be good to each other. And do not look outside yourself for the leader.

This could be a good time!

There is a river flowing now very fast. It is so great and swift that there are those who will be afraid. They will try to hold on to the shore. They will feel they are being torn apart, and they will suffer greatly.

Know the river has its destination. The elders say we must let go of the shore, push off into the middle of the river, keep our eyes open, and our heads above the water. See who is in there with you and celebrate.

At this time in history, we are to take nothing personally. Least of all, ourselves. For the moment that we do, our spiritual growth and journey comes to a halt.

The time of the lone wolf is over. Gather yourselves!

Banish the word struggle from your attitude and your vocabulary.

All that we do now must be done in a sacred manner and in celebration.

We are the ones we've been waiting for.

Happy New Year and What it Will Mean for You

Hi Everyone,

Well here we are at the threshold of a New Year. I don’t think too many of us will be sorry to see 2014 wave farewell. 2015 has to be better, right? I’ve learned not to challenge the Universe with phrases such as – ‘it can’t possibly get worse.’

If you are curious about what kind of a year it will be for you - in other words, what the focus of your experience will be - simply take the month and day of your birth and add it to 2015. Then reduce it to a one digit number by adding the numbers horizontally. For example -

April 15 added to 2015 works like this. April is the 4th month so I start with the 4 and then reduce the 15 to 6 ( because one plus five equals six ). 2015 reduces to an eight ( 2+0+1+5 = 8 ). So I add the four and six and get a ten. Then I add the one and zero together and get a one. I add the one to the eight of 2015 and get 9. The numbers stop at 9 because 10 reduces to one. ( 1+0 = 1 ).

So the whole process for April 15th 2015 looks like this –
( 4 + 15 + 2015 changes to 4 + 6 + 8 which equals 18 - then 1 + 8 = 9 )

For each of the numbers from 1 to 9, there is a specific and meaningful significance which applies. Below I have listed a brief outline of what each number means in terms of its general influence on your life.

1.    The year of the self and examining who you are and where you are at the moment. Are you living in the past? Are you dreaming of the future? Or are you fully present in the moment.
2.    A two personal year will be about your relationships. It will be about all kinds of relationships, work, friendship, family and intimate relationships of the heart.
3.    A three year examines your place in the world. Career issues are large in this year. It’s a good time to start a business or write a business plan.
4.    Four year is a year of hard work. What you put into this year is what you will bet back. If you started that business last year. This year you will see it grow
5.    Five is a year of change. Change by design and change by chance. All changes which come to you, even the unexpected ones will lead to your highest good. If you are initiating the changes you will find they happen easily.
6.    Six is the year of the family. Issues regarding family can not be ignored during this cycle. If there have been arguments in the family this year will bring new understanding and the potential for peace.
7.    Seven year will bring your attention within, to your spiritual or perhaps your psychological life. Meditation or long quiet walks where you can have the peace to think is just what you need in a seven year.
8.    Eight is a money year. You will notice news about the economy and on a personal level your finances will require your attention. This is often the year of raises or money coming in from unexpected sources. Because 2015 is a global money year, this overlying vibration will effect us all, but more particularly and more personally those who have a personal eight year.
9.    Nine is the end of the cycle. It is a time of release from your life of things that are in the way of you realizing your highest good. Don’t fret over losses. In a nine year, nothing goes which doesn’t need to go. Loss of a job, breakup in a marriage, even loss of friends or family members is all according to Divine Plan.

More than ever the Universe is speaking to so many. It is calling you, really, to have the courage to answer the call of your heart. So many of you were raised to be humble but part of humility is admitting what your talents are and what you’re good at.

In nearly fifty years of looking at your auras, I’m always amazed at how unaware you are of your unique specialness. When I see you or when I answer the phone and hear your voice and see your aura, I’m often blown away. I see an amazingly Unique being of Light. I feel I must be speaking with a highly evolved soul. That is the truth of your being, but circumstances of life have often hidden that from you.

Children are precious. I see that with my grandchildren and the children that they play with. The love and encouragement of their caregivers makes all the difference in how they grown up feeling about themselves.

My New Years Wish for all of you is that you come to truly know the magnificent being that you are and that you are able to throw off any critical conditioning that may have been a part of your past experience. You would not be here searching for the truth and for your spiritual destiny if you were not meant to take part in the evolution of this world. It’s time to accept your uniqueness and use it to transform your world.
